Before you can withdraw funds from your Account, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• You may not allow any third party to use your Account or place bets on your behalf.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

lon177 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1-5 minutes.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus any processing fees.

lon177 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed);
• You must meet any wagering requirements attached to bonuses before withdrawing bonus-related winnings;
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name;

7 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

10 Account Termination and Closure

10.2 Involuntary Termination by lon177

11 Dispute Resolution
